The test principle is mainly the use of AC signal measurement method. Simply put, it is to add an AC current signal between the positive and negative terminals of the battery, and then measure the voltage difference and current between the signal input and output. Through these data, you can calculate the internal resistance of the battery!

As for the test method, we must first prepare the battery internal resistance tester and the battery to be tested, and ensure that the test environment is quiet and interference-free. Then, the test fixture of the tester is connected to the positive and negative terminals of the battery to ensure that the connection is stable. Next, it’s time to start testing. Speaking of importance, the internal resistance of the battery is an important indicator that affects the performance of the battery! When the internal resistance of the battery is greater than 25% of the initial value, the battery may not pass the capacity test; When the internal resistance is greater than 2 times the initial value, the capacity of the battery will be less than 80% of its rated capacity. Therefore, by testing the internal resistance of the battery, we can quickly and accurately judge the monitoring status of the battery, find out the backward battery in the whole group, understand the degree of aging of the battery, so as to better maintain the battery.
